Jean Pierre Siutat has become the 13th President of the French Basketball Federation.

He was elected on the 13th November 2010 by the General Meeting of the Federation in Paris and re-elected on the 8th December 2015.

Born in Cahors on the 23rd December 1958, he is married to Dora Siutat-Nemeth, ex professional Hungarian basketball player, and has a daughter, Morgane, who was born in 2000.

Starting his career as an engineer, Jean Pierre Siutat tried to mix his professional career within the regional authority with his passion for basketball. He became best NF1A (ex LFB) coach then manager of the French Basketball Federation.
